Please register for the meeting by completing the online registration form at C-Change Annual Meeting Registration by
Thursday September 1, 2011.  If you have any problems accessing the registration form, please contact Brandi Stevenson.

Meeting Attire:
 

The attire for the Annual Meeting is business.
 
Normal temperatures for October in Washington, DC range from the high 60's to low 50's.

-Government Employees should call the hotel to secure a room at the per diem rate ($211 per night)

Air Travel:
 

Washington, DC metropolitan area has three major airports:

• Washington National Airport {DCA} 5 miles, 20 minutes
• Washington Dulles International Airport {IAD} - 25 miles, 45 minutes
• Baltimore/Washington International Airport {BWI} - 30 miles, 1 hour

Ground Transportation & Parking:
 

Taxi cab stands at all three airports. Shuttle reservations can be made with Super Shuttle at
www.supershuttle.com.

Financial Assistance:
 

A limited number of financial assistance grants are available for members and partners unable to participate without support. Funded participants must use pre-approved ground transportation services. Guests are not eligible for funding.

All financial assistance requests must be received by Thursday, September 1, 2011.
